Product information "Anti-GPSN2, CT (TECR, GPSN2, SC2, Trans-2,3-enoyl-CoA reductase, Synaptic glycoprotein SC2)"
Microsomal long and very long chain fatty acid elongation uses malonyl-CoA as the 2-carbon donor and consists of 4 sequential reactions. TER catalyzes the final step, reducing trans-2,3-enoyl-CoA to saturated acyl-CoA. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
