Anti-GPR77, CT (C5a Anaphylatoxin Chemotactic Receptor C5L2, G-protein Coupled Receptor 77, C5L2)

GPR77 is an Anaphylatoxin Receptor. Binding to anaphylatoxins can result in increased triglyceride synthesis, although its precise role in cellular responses has not been determined. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
