Anti-Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Receptor (GnRH Receptor, GNRHR, GnRH-R, GNRHR1, GRHR, Luteinizin

GnRH stimulates the gonadotrophs of the anterior pituitary to secrete luteinising hormone (LH) as well as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). The receptor contains of seven hydrophobic transmembrane domains connected by hydrophillic extracellular, and intracellular loops characteristic of G-protein coupled receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue of the anterior pituitary., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: T47D breast carcinoma cells, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
