Applications:, Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:4,000. , Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml. Approx 18kD band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 16.4kD according to NP_002090.2). 1ug/ml staining of Human Liver lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence., Immunohistochemistry: 2-4µg/ml. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows bright staining of erythrocytes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer., ,
