Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. Detection limit is ~0.6ng/well., Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions., Immunohistochemistry: 2-15ug/ml. Detects Frizzled-1 in cells and tissues., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
