Anti-FRAT 3 (Frequently Rearranged in Advanced T-cell Lymphomas 3, Peg12, Paternally Expressed 12)

FRAT 3 (Principal Names -Peg12, Frat3, paternally expressed 12, frequently rearranged in advanced T-cell lymphomas 3 Official Gene Symbol-Peg12GenBank Accession Number NP_038816 LocusLink ID-27412 (mouse)) is directed against targets that have limited or no commercial antibodies available to them and for which there are no data on the expression of the protein in the range of common cell lines and tissues. FRAT3/Peg12 is expressed primarily is embryonic stages and is an inhibitor of GSK-3 activity in the Wnt signaling pathway. FRAT3 has also been linked to Prader-Willi syndrome in mice. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
