Product information "Anti-Fibronectin (FN, Cold-insoluble Globulin, CIG, FN1) (Carboxyfluorescein)"
Fibronectin is an extracellular matrix component that exists in different alternately spliced isoforms. Fibronectin mediates cell adhesion in its insoluble state, but not as a soluble molecule. Fibronectins play a role in cell adhesion, migration, differentiation, and specific gene expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
