May be involved in the ligand-mediated internalization and down-regulation of EGF receptor. [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: WB 1:1000-2000. Cellular localization: Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Endosome. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, microtubule organizing center, centrosome. Late endosome membrane , Peripheral membrane protein . Colocalizes with F-actin. Some fraction may be nuclear.
