Product information "Anti-Ezrin (Radixin, Moesin, Cytovillin, p81, Membrane-organizing extension spike protein)"
ERM (Ezrin-Radixin-Moesin) proteins function as plasma membrane-actin cytoskeleton linkers and participate in the formation of specialized domains of the plasma membrane. One function of ezrin is in determining survival of epithelia cells by activating the P1-3-kinase/Akt pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
