Anti-Erythropoietin Receptor (EPOr, EPO-R) (PE)

Erythropoietin R (Epo R) is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of megakaryocytes, erythroid progenitors, and endothelial cells. It binds Epo and transmits signals that stimulate the proliferation and maturation of bone marrow erythroid precursors into red blood cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow cytometry: 10ul labels up to 1x10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 488nm , Emission: 565-605nm, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
