Anti-ELAVL1 (Hu-antigen R, HuR, ELAV-like Protein 1, HUR)

A member of the ELAVL protein family, ELAVL1 contains 3 RNA-binding domains and binds cis-acting AU-rich elements. It destabilizes mRNAs and thereby regulates gene expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
