Anti-DNAJC5B, ID (DNAJC5B, DnaJ homolog subfamily C member 5B, Cysteine string protein beta)

DnaJ is a testis-specific heat shock protein and functions in association with DnaK(Hsp70). It is a molecular chaperone to facilitate protein folding. DnaJ plays a key role in the chaperone reaction by stimulating the ATPase activity and activating the substrate binding of Hsp70. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
