Anti-Decorin (Proteoglycan II)

Decorin is a small secreted leucine rich proteoglycan that binds to fibronectin, TGF-beta and type I and type II collagen. Decorin has been implicated in the assembly of the extracellular matrix and the inhibition of tumor progression. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/ml , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
