Anti-CYP3A43, ID (CYP3A43, Cytochrome P450 3A43)

CYP3A43 is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This protein has a low level of testosterone hydroxylase activity. Although it bears homology to some drug-metabolizing cytochrome P450s, the protein unknown whether the enzyme is also involved in xenobiotic metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
