Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody, iFluor(R) 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy5-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor(R) 647, a far-red fluorophore with excitation/emission around 656/670 nm. This direct labeling format provides efficient, single-step fluorescence detection without the need for secondary antibodies. The antibody may cross-react with similar dyes such as Alexa Fluor(R) 647, DyLight(R) 650, and ATTO 647. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays. Alexa Fluor(R) and DyLight(R) are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
