Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody, iFluor(R) 555-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy3-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor(R) 555, an orange-emitting fluorophore excited at around 550 nm. The direct labeling format enables one-step fluorescence detection, reducing background and improving workflow efficiency. The antibody may cross-react with related dyes such as Alexa Fluor(R) 555, ATTO 550, and iFluor(R) 555. Its spectral alignment with Cy3 allows enhanced signal amplification without additional detection reagents, making it suitable for multiplex assays, microscopy, and flow cytometry. Alexa Fluor(R) is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
