CXCL9 acts as a Th1 (type 1 helper T) cell chemoattractant, and plays a role in the growth, activation and movement of cells associated with immune and inflammatory responses, and in tumor growth inhibition and angiogenesis. Studies have shown that CXCL9 is active against E.coli, S.aureus, L. monocytogenes and S.pyogenes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
