Anti-CSRP1 (Cysteine And Glycine-rich Protein 1, Cysteine-rich Protein 1, CRP1, CRP, CSRP, CYRP)

CSRP1 is a member of the cysteine-rich protein (CSRP) family. This protein family includes a group of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processes important for development and cellular differentiation. The LIM/double zinc-finger motif found in CSRP1 occurs in proteins with critical functions in gene regulation, cell growth, and somatic differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
