The TDGF3 locus has characteristics of a retrotransposon, including lack of introns and a poly(A) sequence. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008], Protein function: Could play a role in the determination of the epiblastic cells that subsequently give rise to the mesoderm. Activates the Nodal- dependent signaling pathway. [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/10000. Not yet tested in other applications.. Cellular localization: Cell membrane .
