Anti-CRIP2, CT (CRIP2, CRP2, Cysteine-rich protein 2, Protein ESP1)

CRIP2 is a 208-amino acid protein containing 2 LIM domains and shares 93% amino acid sequence identity with its rat homolog, called Esp1 or Crp2. Northern blot analysis showed widespread tissue expression of the 1.3-kb CRIP2 mRNA, with the highest level of expression found in heart. In testis, a second 1.7-kb mRNA was also detected. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
