CPSF7 is probable a component of the cleavage factor Im complex (CFIm) that plays a key role in pre-mRNA 3' processing. Binds to cleavage and polyadenylation RNA substrates. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
