Anti-Cornulin (human) (SZ1229)

Recognizes human cornulin. Detects a band of about 70kDa by Western blot. Liquid. In PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.01% sodium azide. Cornulin is a survival factor that participates in the clonogenicity of squamous esophageal epithelium cell lines. It attenuates deoxycholic acid (DCA)-induced apoptotic cell death and the release of calcium. In overexpressed oral squamous carcinoma cell lines, cornulin negatively regulates cell proliferation by the induction of G1 arrest.
