CDON and BOC (MIM 608708) are cell surface receptors of the immunoglobulin (Ig)/fibronectin type III (FNIII, see MIM 135600) repeat family involved in myogenic differentiation. CDON and BOC are coexpressed during development, form complexes with each other in a cis fashion, and are related to each other in their ectodomains, but each has a unique long cytoplasmic tail. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:32,000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
