Anti-CDH3, NT (CDH3, CDHP, Cadherin-3, Placental cadherin)

CDH3 is a classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily. It is a calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein comprised of five extracellular cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. Aberrant expression of this protein is observed in cervical adenocarcinomas. Mutations in the gene encoding CDH3 have been associated with congential hypotrichosis with juvenile macular dystrophy. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western blot1:50-100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
