Anti-CD94 (CD94 Antigen, Killer Cell Lectin-like Receptor Subfamily D Member 1, KLRD1, KLRD1 Protein

Human CD94 expression is restricted to natural killer (NK) cells and a small subset of T lymphocytes. CD94 is a type II membrane glycoprotein of the c-type lectin superfamily and essentially lacks a cytoplasmic tail. Applications: Suitable for use Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
