C5a receptor 1 expression has been reported in myeloid blood cells, brain, liver, lung, spleen, heart, kidney, and intestinal tract. ESTs have been isolated from B-cell/lung/testis, nerve, and placenta libraries. Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63-Ag8 myeloma cell line. Applications: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 5x10e5 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), Western Blot , Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate, Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
