Human CD27 Ligand (also CD70) is a 30kD type 2 transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the TNF superfamily. It contains a 20aa cytoplasmic region and a 155aa extracellular domain that shows multiple b-strands. It is an inducible trimer that occurs on B cells, T cells and NK cells. It regulates T cell dependant B cell differentiation into plasma cells and likely to promotes clonal expansion of T cells. Human CD27 Ligand extracellular region is 64% aa identical to mouse and rat CD27 Ligand extracellular regions. , , Applications:, Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml using THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line, Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 Raji cells from human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
