Positive Control: Tonsil: A moderate to strong, predominantly membranous staining of T-cells in the interfollicular zones and the germinal centres should be seen. Protein Function: Transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells and their precursors (PubMed:7506726).
