Anti-CD6 (Biotin)

Human CD6 is expressed on peripheral blood T cells, most thymocytes and a subset of B cells. CD6 is similar to CD5 and contains three cysteine-rich domains with structural homology to the macrophage scavenger receptor. CD6 is involved in T cell activation and its ligand was recently identified. Functional Application: Antibody is a useful reagent to study T cell activation through CD6. , Applications:, Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
