Anti-CD49d (Integrin alpha4, VLA4, LHR, Lymphocyte Homing Receptor)

Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Radioimmunoassay, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA/RIA: 1:1000, Western Blot (non-reduced): 1:1000. Blocking should be with 1-3% BSA. Recognizes a 140kD band under non-reducing conditions., Immunohistochemistry: 1:500, Immunoprecipitiation: 5ul to precipitate alpha4 from 5x10e6 cells., Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
