Product information "Anti-CD49c (Integrin alpha3, Very Late Antigen 3a chain, VLA3a)"
The a3 subunit, also known as CD49c and VLA-3 a subunit, forms a non-covalent heterodimer with the Integrin b1 subunit (CD29). Integrin a3b1 is a receptor for laminin, fibronectin, collagen, epiligrin, and thrombospondin. Hybridoma: Produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with a human milk epithelial cell line. Endotoxin Level: < 0.1 EU per 1ug of the antibody as determined by the LAL method. Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry , Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was used to detect Integrin alpha3 subunit in paraformaldehyde-fixed HT1080 fibroscarcoma cells. The recommended working dilution is 25ug/mL. For chromogenic detection of labeling, the use of Cell and Tissue Staining Kits is recommended. , Flow Cytometry: Dilute this antibody to 25ug/mL and add 10ul of this solution to 1-2.5 x 10e5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10ul of a 25ug/mL stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as goat anti-mouse IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
