Anti-CD45RB, clone PD7/26

CD45RB is one of the four major isoforms of CD45. áThe variation in these isoforms is localized to the extracellular domain of CD45R, while the intracellular domain is conserved. áClone PD7/26 antibody is specific to CD45RB, andástains most leukemias and lymphomas. This CD45RB antibody is often used in a cocktail with clone 2B11, which will bind to all CD45 isoforms (Cat No V2243). Protein function: Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN.
