This GK1.5 monoclonal antibody has been shown to react with the mouse CD4 antigen that is expressed on thymocytes and MHC class II restricted T cells. This antibody is useful in studies involving thymocyte maturation and in distinguishing CD4 + helper T cells from cytotoxic/suppressor T cells., , Applications: , Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
