Product information "Anti-CD3EAP"
Protein function: DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors. Isoform 1 is involved in UBTF-activated transcription, presumably at a step following PIC formation. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 37% and to rat: 45%
Keywords: Anti-A34.5, Anti-ASE-1, Anti-CD3E-associated protein, Anti-Antisense to ERCC-1 protein, Anti-CD3-epsilon-associated protein, Anti-DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit G, Anti-RNA polymerase I-associated factor PAF49
