CD33 is expressed on monocytes, myeloid progenitor cells and myeloid leukemias. Application(s): Flow Cytometry , Recommended Dilution:, Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control, Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSI myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
