Anti-CD33

CD33 is found on granulocyte and macrophage precursors in the bone marrow, but is not on pluripotent stem cells. The protein is also expressed on, and is a useful marker for, peripheral monocytes. It is also useful for distinguishing myelogenous leukaemia cells from lymphoid or erythroid leukaemias. Applications: Western Bloting: 1:500-1:2000., ELISA: Suggested dilution 1:10000., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
