Anti-CD31 (CD31 Antigen, EndoCAM, GPIIA, Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule, Pecam 1, Pecam

PECAM-1 (CD31) is a type 1 transmembrane protein expressed primarily on endothelial cells, platelets and leukocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
