Anti-CD30 (CD30L Receptor, D1S166E, Ki1 Antigen, Lymphocyte Activation Antigen CD30, Tumor Necrosis

CD30 is a 105kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as Ber-H2 or Ki-1. It is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily, expressed on activated T, B, and NK cells, and monocytes. CD28, in conjunction with several cytokines, regulates the expression of CD30 on activated T cells. It has been reported that cytokine production and Th1 versus Th2 development is heavily influenced by CD30-CD30 ligand (CD153) interactions. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: <1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
