Anti-CD30 (CD30L Receptor, D1S166E, Ki1 Antigen, Lymphocyte Activation Antigen CD30, Tumor Necrosis

CD30 is a member of the NGFR/TNFR family, and is expressed by activated T cells, Reed-Sternberg cells, and by a few extrafollicular T and B cell blasts in normal lymph nodes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:2-1:10, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
