Anti-CD3 (T cell receptor, T cell surface antigen, T cell surface glycoprotein CD3)

The CD3 antigen is expressed by peripheral T cells, thymocytes, and activated natural killer cells, and is also present in the great majority of T-cell neoplasms. CD3 complex consists of five different polypeptides chains and it is involved in signal transduction to the T cell interior following antigen recognition by the T cell receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
