Product information "Anti-CD29 (Integrin beta1), FITC conjugated, clone 3H1196"
CD29 represents the 130kD beta1 integrin subunit that forms heterodimer complexes with many distinct a subunits including CD49a-f, which comprise the very late antigen family (VLA-1 to VLA-6) of integrins, and CD51. The CD29 molecule has a broad tissue distribution. It is expressed on all leukocytes, although only at low levels on granulocytes. Integrin heterodimers containing CD29 mediate cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry (Neat): Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC), Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
