Applications:, Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25- 1:50. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. , Immunohistochemistry: This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65N: F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugate, Recommended Negative Control: I1904-79D: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
