Anti-CD29 (Integrin beta 1)

The Integrin Beta1 subunit, also known as VLA-Beta chain and CD29, associates with at least ten different Integrin alpha subunits. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Detects ~10ng/well under non-reducing. Reducing conditions not suitable., Flow Cytometry: 0.2mg/ml 10ul labels 1-2.5x 10e5 cells in <200ul., Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, CHO-derived, recombinant human Integrin B1 (aa21-728). Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
