Anti-CD27, clone O323, Allophycocyanin Conjugated

Allophycocyanin conjugated CD27 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD27. Reactivity is observed against human CD27, Baboon, Cynomolgus, and Rhesus. Cross reactivity with CD27 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD27 is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC. Protein function: Receptor for CD70/CD27L. May play a role in survival of activated T-cells.
