Anti-CD24 (Low Endotoxin)

CD24 cell surface antigen is a heavily glycosylated molecule of ~35-45kD. CD24 is expressed by granulocytes and B lymphocytes, and by some activated T cells and T cell malignancies. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or cells or 100ul whole blood., Immunohistochemistry: frozen tissues. Not suitable for use on paraffin tissues. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: <0.1EU/ug, Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of a mouse myeloma cell line. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
