Anti-CD16 (Fc gamma RIII alpha, NK cells) (PerCP)

Fcgamma RIIIA and B are low affinity receptors for polyvalent immune-complexed IgG. Fcgamma RIIIA is a transmembrane activating receptor expressed by NK cells, T cells, monocytes, and macrophages. Fcgamma RIIIB is a non-activating GPI-linked decoy receptor expressed on neutrophils and eosinophils. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Fc gamma Receptor IIIB. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
