Anti-CD155 (Poliovirus Receptor, Nectin-like Protein 5, NECL-5, PVR, PVS) (APC)

CD155, also known as PVR and Necl-5, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that binds poliovirus as well as vitronectin, Nectin-3, and DNAM-1. It exists as several isoforms with shortened C-terminal tails, including a soluble form that lacks the transmembrane segment. CD155 is expressed in a variety of normal tissues and is upregulated in tumor cells of epithelial and neuronal origin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels up to 1x10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 620-650nm , Emission: 660-670nm, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
