Anti-CD11c, clone 3.9, Allophycocyanin Conjugated

Allophycocyanin conjugated CD11c Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD11c. Reactivity is observed against human CD11c, Baboon, Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, and Rhesus. Cross reactivity with CD11c from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD11c is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC. Protein function: Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen. It recognizes the sequence G-P-R in fibrinogen. It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses. It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis.
