Anti-CD106 (Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1, VCAM-1, INCAM-110) (FITC)

VCAM-1 is present on the +/+ 2.4 stromal cell clone, large cells in bone marrow and a subset of thymic macrophages. The stromal cell antigen is also detectable on the EOMA and BMS2 endothelial cell lines. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC), Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
