CD10 also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), is a 100kD protein having neutral metalloendopeptidase activity and inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. CD10 is a type II cell surface glycoprotein generally expresses mostly on acute lymphoblastic leukemias (ALL). In normal healthy volunteers precursors of B and T cells and also on granulocytes also expressed CD10. CD10 plays important role in the development process of B cell in germinal centers. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is enough to stain 1x10e6 PBMCs or 100ul whole blood sample, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
